Federation Physiotherapy Virtual Care Clinic

The Federation Physiotherapy Virtual Care Clinic, launched in 2023, provides low- or no-cost telehealth services with strong feedback from clients and referrers.

Delivered by supervised physiotherapy students, the clinic supports people with chronic musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological conditions.

Operating four days a week for 40 weeks annually, the service focuses on accessible, evidence-based, person-centred care. It works closely with local health services to build sustainable referral pathways.

The Latrobe Health Assembly funded the establishment of community telehealth hubs at three locations. These hubs provide a safe and private space for community members to access any telehealth appointments — including the Federation Physiotherapy Virtual Care Clinic. These venues can be contacted directly to book their telehealth spaces.
